18 people dead in Poland since New Year’s Eve
183 car accidents, 253 injured people and 18 death Poles – it is tragic report of last four days, including New Year’s Eve, on Polish roads.
Despite of this horrible number of the accidents, Polish police think that it was quite calm period. On the other hand every police officer appeals to Polish drivers for carful driving and stop speeding. Polish roads are full of snow and ice what makes them very dangerous.
The officers from traffic police detained 773 drink drivers within last three days what shows how many irresponsible people decide to drive after drinking alcoholic drinks. The police warn there will not be any tolerance for drink drivers and everyone can be punished. So everyone who decides to drive after drinking or getting drugs may be sure that the hand of punishment will reach tem.
