The second in Europe Tai Chi Centre is open in Łódź
In Łódź was ceremonially open a Taoistic Centre Tai Chi for Central Europe. The opening of the Centre was preceded by the Taoistic Show Tai Chi at the Lódź Market Square of the Manufacture in which thousands of people took part.
The International Taoistic Tai Chi Association is working in more or less 30 countries all over the world. In Łódź is situated the main centre of the Association on Central Europe. It concentrates 5 countries: Poland, Slovakien, Chech Republic, Hungary and Ukraine. The second european centre is in Great Britain.
"We promote Chinese gymnastics of high wholesome quality. It is deprived of agression and competition form of Chinese movement for health. Through the gentle movement, which is done very slowly, first of all we affect our organs of movement. We improve our spine, circumambulation, joints and we slowly massage our organs which influences our general health condition", said RAP Artur Philmann from the Taoistic Tai Chi Association.
Łódź Centre is a huge sports hall in which, apart from oridinary courses, will take place courses for people who are interested in exploring of the secrets of Tai Chi. The Centre may be host to hundreds of people at once.
