"The rat race" - charity run for the Sue Ryder Foundation will take place on the 7th of September in Warsaw in the Skaryszewski Park.

"The rat race is a run popular in the Western Europe. Now we are inaugurating the event in Warsaw", said for PAP (Polish Press Agency) Joanna Chodor, director of Sue Ryder Foundation. It's participants are most of all business people who want to support charity institutions.

On the starting line of " The rat race" will appear the representatives of Warsaw companies. The main goal of the festivity is to collect money for the "Pierwszy Rok" foundation run by Sue Ryder Foudation and Friends of Integration Association. The foundation supports young people who - for example because of jump into water or road accident - have demaged spine and are forced to move on a wheelchair.

The participants will start in official uniforms. For men it will be a suit or jacket, trousers, shirt and obligatory tie. For women: suit, eventually skirt and jacket but women can run in trainers . Nevertheless, all office runners are obliged to have a suitcase.
