Beer Holiday Centre in Poznan
100 thousand visitors within 5 years in the Lech Holiday Centre by Poznan brewery. - What makes us different from the beer museums in Europe is the fact that visitors come into the premises of brewery and have an opportiunity to watch directly how the process of beer production looks like. We can see there places where beer is produced such as: laboratories, boiler rooms, beer tubs or assembly lines. Everyone can touch the products of which beer is made and qualified guides let us in on all mysteries. They are experts not only in beer production but also they know many anecdotes and interesting facts from beer culture,explained Alicja Domagała, the Coordinator of Lech Holiday Centre.
A rich collection of games and multimedia plays is waiting for the tourists - three-dimensional film about brewery, electronic caps play or possibility of sending an e-mail with your own photograph from a giant can. The inquisitive minds can take part in a quiz about the "golden drink". The last part of the tour is tasting of fresh beer in the local pub.
